Our Chair Pilates class offers a supportive, accessible way to build strength, improve posture, and reconnect with your body—without ever needing to get down on the floor. Using a stable chair as your base, you’ll explore mindful movement that feels safe, empowering, and surprisingly effective.
This is a 45 minute class suitable for everyone.
Sometimes we will use small equipment which is provided.
Pay as you go is available or use the gold plan.
