Your GOLD Membership is a flexible and a user friendly way to exercise with 4 classes a month.

  • Payable monthly in advance.
  • Classes are purchased in monthly blocks there are generally 4 classes per month for one weekly class attendance, payable in advance. In a 5 week month.
  • You can attend any of the classes and use your classes you can attend 2 classes one week and take a week off if you wish.
  • FREE water bottle or t-shirt after 6 months

If you wish to attend more than 4 classes a month, then look at our PLATIMUM Membership for unlimited classes across all sites.

This entitles you to attend all the classes over 12 months, averaging 1 class/week. The flexibility to book up to 5 classes in a month is intended to allow you to take more classes around holidays or other absences.

If you are regularly taking more than 1 class/week I will ask you to move to the Platinum membership.

There are limited spaces in each class & they are booked on a First Come First Served Basis.

With the Gold membership you will receive 52 classes a year this gives you the opportunity to use these classes throughout the year.

Our classes run for on average 46 weeks of the year.

During holidays we will always do our best to have classes. we have cover. If this is not possible you will receive a video to use at home or a supply teacher. You will still have your 52 classes for the year.

I get a lot of questions about monthly payments and how they work. All members pay for 52 Pilates classes per year. These are split into 12 equal monthly payments.

This includes closures of school term times. Averaging 6 weeks over the year!
1 week over Christmas (depending on dates)

Easter 1 week

2 weeks in the summer.

1 week October half term

I aim to be open for 48 weeks of the year which allows me the flexibility.

PLEASE NOTE: Classes do not carry over if you cancel your plan or pause your plan!!!!

You have access to 25 classes a month. (When no holiday) and you can attend any location.

The classes are suitable for beginners and intermediate, I offer options to suit your level based on your ability. If you have any injuries please ensure you have been given the go ahead by your doctor to exercise. If you have recently had a baby and wish to return to exercise thats great you just need to be 6 weeks post natal and be given the sign off by your midwife.

You must complete and sign a health form before attending your first class.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you book a class and do not attend you will still be charged. Spaces are limited in some classes so please try to cancel within 8 hours for a full refund or change to another class, so someone else can have your spot on the mat.

This is a monthly on demand platform which offers a variety of pre recorded classes ranging from 5 minutes to 1 hour with classes to suit different abilities and levels. Some classes will be using small equipment which can be modified at home with general household items. All you need to exercise safely is a safe space a mat.

Join Kellie on your mat from the comfort of your own home at a time that suits you. Pilates on Demand is designed to be accessible for you! Our classes are easy to fit into a busy day, and won’t break the bank!

An unlimited monthly membership costs about the same as a single drop-in class at your local studio. Classes to suit all abilities and schedules. From January 2024 the On Demand Membership unlimited includes access to the on demand video library.
