Such a brilliant camp for kids. My son was a little nervous on day one but the buddy system made him feel so at ease straight away. He made loads of new friends and had the best time!

What happens at camp......

Children arrive at camp and will have some time to meet the other children, settle in. They will make their own Sloth Squad Lanyard.

We will then all do a warm up for our muscles to wake up with a game.

They will have a Pilates journey where we go on an adventure and act out lots of moves, we then break and have a snack. Games in the garden depending on the theme day, we have football, basketball and skipping along with many other outdoor games.

We have quiet areas for the children to read, play Lego or drawing.

We then all come together for lunch and some fun in the garden

The Sloth Squad Pilates Academy offer holiday camps with Crafts & Games. Camp is for ages 4- 11 years old.

The afternoon consists of crafts or an activity.

We will learn Pilates moves that can help with our different emotions and animals

The games will be in groups and the children will have the opportunity to showcase their knowledge of Pilates moves and make up their own story.

Depending on our theme day we will end the day with a movie and tuck shop.

We have our full day camp which is 9-3.30 or MINI Camp 9-1pm. If your child is 4 they are able to attend 4 hours in camp so please book into MINI CAMP

Our camp offers the children a fun day of activities. A chance for the children to develop their independence and learn through play.

The Sloth Squad Pilates Academy camp for children is designed for each age group to help children grow in every way. Pilates for children has so many benefits and is for both boys and girls, Pilates is widely used within the professional sports world, some of the most famous footballers use it as part of their training.

If your child is new to our camp and a bit nervous about coming into camp, we have a buddy system where each new child will have a buddy to introduce them to other children and show them around until they feel comfortable.
