Retreat Refunds & Cancellation Policy

To secure your place on our weekend retreat, a non‑refundable deposit of £150 is required at the time of booking. This deposit covers initial planning, venue commitments, and preparation for your stay.

Final Balance The remaining balance is due by 1st JULY 2026. Once the final balance has been paid, your booking is fully confirmed.

Cancellations

• Deposit (£150): Non‑refundable under all circumstances.

• Cancellations made before 1st August: You will not be required to pay the remaining balance, but the deposit remains non‑refundable.

• Cancellations made after 1st August: As all retreat costs are fully committed at this stage, no refunds can be offered on the final balance.

• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another person at no extra cost. Please notify us as soon as possible so we can update our records if you are unable to find someone to take your place we are unable to supply a refund.

Event Cancellation by Us In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including your deposit.

Payment Plans If you require a payment plan for the remaining balance, please contact us in advance so we can arrange this before the 1st August deadline.
